We offer comprehensive internal and external training opportunities and programs to help employees improve both professional and personal skills. To determine which training measures are appropriate, managers and staff meet to discuss individual requirements and personal preferences, as well as company objectives. We place high priority on multi-disciplinary knowledge transfer -- for example, chemistry for commercial, administrative, and legal staff.

We assign and supervise academic projects at both Bachelor and Master levels. The technical and commercial departments in Oberhausen offer a wide range of placements, which are increasing in number all the time, and we both support and make intensive use of student placements.

We continually seek ways to optimize and improve OXEA's systems and processes through cost-conscious initiatives and proven methodologies such as Six Sigma. OXEA offers certified trainings for green belts and black belts.

Our pay-scale is based on industry standards. All employees are eligible for bonuses. Our bonus rules are based on company success, the achievement of collective goals and the personal performance of each employee.
