OXEA

Since March 2007, OXEA has been a Portfolio-Company of Advent International. OXEA S.à r.l. governs the holding of the OXEA Group.

The main operating companies are OXEA GmbH, a German limited liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung), organized under the laws of Germany, and OXEA Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware.
