The Members of the management team have a joint responsibility for the overall management of all OXEA
Group companies. In addition each member has a personal responsibility for one or more functions in each of
the areas of operations, commercial or finance. These functions include global responsibility independent of
legal entity, but subject to the consultation and participation rights of each entity's corporate bodies.

Management team continually seek ways to optimize and improve OXEA's systems and processes through
cost-conscious initiatives and proven methodologies such as Six Sigma.

OXEA's success is evidenced by the fact that OXEA has the lowest SGA costs in the industry and has
demonstrated a culture of safety at every level of our organization.
