OXEA

As an operator grade A, you will support our company’s production operations. You will be
familiar with chemical fundamentals and with our technical equipment, and you will help
ensure that our products are manufactured safely and environmentally responsibly. You will
monitor and control production processes to guarantee the high quality of our products. The
training lasts for 3.5 years, and the initial prerequisite is the qualification for admission to
technical college (the equivalent of the German "Fachoberschulreife").

In our training center, you will learn how to responsibly handle chemicals, laboratory devices
and procedural equipment. In addition to a solid foundation in physical and chemical analysis
methods, you will acquire a basic technical school education as well as knowledge and skills
in metalworking, control technology, process control engineering and facility engineering. In
our production facilities, technical schools and laboratories at our sites in Oberhausen and
Marl, you will acquire additional knowledge and skills and put what you have already learned into practice.

Throughout the training, you will be optimally prepared for your occupation.

The training ends with a final exam at the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce
(IHK).
