As an industrial clerk, you will organize and coordinate our company’s business processes.
Industrial clerks may work in materials management, finance, accounting, human resources,
controlling or marketing/sales, where they are entrusted with a variety of business tasks.
They work independently but also support our internal teams on large-scale projects. The
training lasts for 3 years, and the initial prerequisite is the qualification for admission to
technical college (the equivalent of the German "Fachoberschulreife"). 

In the vocational school, you will learn the basic business skills needed for your subsequent
work. From the start of the training, you will be placed in various business departments
where you can demonstrate your skills and work independently. The training ends with a final
exam at the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). With the corresponding
school qualifications, you will have the opportunity to study at the FOM University of Applied
Sciences in Essen while working in our company.

• You are particularly interested in business and commercial issues
• You have good German, English and math skills
• You have good communication skills and work very well in a team
